Official User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hc555", "we", "us", "our" refers to hc555.ws and the entity operating the platform under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the hc555 website accessible at hc555.ws, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, and features.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hc555 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a User on the hc555 Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the hc555 Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR balance held within a User's hc555 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet credit, or match bonus credit deposited into a User's Account by hc555.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by hc555 prior to processing withdrawals or at hc555's discretion.
• "PSL" refers to the Pakistan Super League cricket tournament.

By accessing the hc555 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hc555 Platform. Continued use of any part of the hc555 Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

To use the hc555 Platform and create an Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform;
• Be a natural person (companies, organisations, and bots may not register Accounts);
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you;
• Not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where such access or use is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any of the above, of hc555 or any affiliated entity.

hc555 does not knowingly permit access to minors. If we become aware that a registered User is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonuses claimed.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the hc555 Platform at any time. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested in the registration process. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

hc555 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, particularly where there are concerns about eligibility, identity, or compliance with these Terms.

• One Account per person — duplicate Accounts will be terminated.
• Registration using false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
• hc555 may request verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Accounts registered with unverifiable details may have withdrawal functionality suspended.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hc555 login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

hc555 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from hc555 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All transactions, bets, and activities carried out under your Account credentials are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify hc555 support immediately and change your password without delay.

hc555 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted during the hc555 login process and throughout your session. However, hc555 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

hc555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The available deposit methods displayed in your Account at the time of login are the definitive current list.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. hc555 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within your Account cashier at the time of deposit.
• hc555 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet following confirmation from the payment provider.
• hc555 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is associated with fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawal of funds from your hc555 Account is subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. hc555 may request any combination of the following documents to complete KYC: government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations. hc555 targets processing of withdrawal requests within two (2) hours of approval during business hours, though this timeline is not guaranteed and may be extended where additional verification is required.

• Only real-money funds (not Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed and additional KYC documentation requested at any time, including for accounts that have previously completed verification.
• hc555 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account cashier.

hc555 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable across all hc555 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible hc555 Account holders only. One bonus per promotion per Account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified per promotion.
• hc555 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify a User from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
• Bonus Funds may carry game or bet-type restrictions. Where a bet is placed using Bonus Funds on a restricted game type, hc555 reserves the right to void the bet and reclaim the bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts.

All sports betting and virtual sports wagering on hc555 is governed by hc555's published sports betting rules, which are available within the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on hc555:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the hc555 system. Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the User after confirmation, except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and exercised in accordance with its terms.
• hc555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (including but not limited to pricing errors resulting from technical failures or human error). Voided bets have stakes returned to the User's Wallet.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. hc555 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual Users at its discretion.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the User's PKR Wallet promptly following settlement. Settlement of cricket bets, including PSL fixtures, is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• hc555 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, where integrity concerns or technical issues arise.

All casino games offered on the hc555 Platform, including slots, live dealer table games, virtual games, and crash games, are subject to the following terms:

• RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently certified and operate to the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. RTP information is accessible within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are operated using physical equipment and human dealers. Results are determined by physical outcomes and are not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, hc555's system records the game state at the point of disconnection. hc555 will resolve any such instance in accordance with the game's completion rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game and may vary. hc555 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Any suspected exploitation of game errors, glitches, or software faults must be reported to hc555 support immediately. Winnings generated through known or suspected errors may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hc555 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any competitive format;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus offers rather than engage with the Platform in good faith;
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes;
• Attempting to access other Users' Accounts or the Platform's backend systems;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing hc555 staff or other Users;
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to recover funds that were legitimately lost through genuine Platform use.

hc555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered hc555 Account holders and can be activated directly from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. Once set, reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Loss Limits: A maximum net loss amount per session, applicable across all game categories.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications at intervals of 30, 60, or 120 minutes.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary Account suspension of 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or four weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum six-month permanent Account suspension. During self-exclusion, the User will not receive marketing communications from hc555. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately.

All content on the hc555 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, user interfaces, and code — is the property of hc555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hc555 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the hc555 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of hc555.

The hc555 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of hc555. Unauthorised use of any hc555 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hc555 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical failures beyond hc555's reasonable control;
• Loss arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or telecommunications services.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, hc555's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User into their hc555 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by hc555's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

hc555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• hc555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The User fails to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• hc555 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority;
• The User has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, hc555 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

A User may voluntarily close their hc555 Account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Active bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course and resulting funds returned to the User.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which hc555 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or the outcome of a game, the decision of hc555 shall be final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process set out below. Users who wish to raise a dispute must do so within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

hc555 operates a formal complaint resolution process. Complaints should be submitted in the first instance to hc555 support. If a complaint is not resolved to the User's satisfaction, the User may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by hc555's licensing jurisdiction.

hc555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hc555 will endeavour to provide notice to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication at hc555.ws/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the hc555 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
